About Brookview Meadows Beef

Brookview Meadows is a first-generation grass-fed cow/calf operation located in Lancaster County Pennsylvania that focuses on raising healthy, quality meat for local customers.

The cattle at Brookview Meadows are fed 100% grass hay and forage diets. They are raised hormone and antibiotic free directly on our farm. Shelter is provided year-round to provide cow/calf comfort for inclement weather and heat stress.

Brookview Meadows offers individual beef cuts as well as bundles to meet all customer’s needs. All beef is processed through a local USDA Certified butcher.
